Shoedog offers custom shoe design services at a fixed price. Our services are tailored to meet the unique preferences and specifications of each customer.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Refrain from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our shoe design services are fixed and clearly stated on our website. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

5. Order Process

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Our design team will then begin working on your custom shoe design. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design before production begins.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds are not provided once the design process has begun, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

7. Intellectual Property

designs seen on the shoedog website belong to shoedog, all designs created by the customer belong to the customer. The customer may use the design as a basis for creating new products, but the design may not be resold to other companies as design services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shoedog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the services.

9. Modifications to the Terms

Shoedog reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
